Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Asignlum website and the custom sign, banner, and printing services we provide. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Quotes & Estimates

All quotes and price estimates provided by Asignlum are good-faith approximations based on the details you share. Final pricing depends on confirmed artwork, materials, quantities, and turnaround. A quote is not a binding contract until an order is confirmed in writing and any required deposit is received. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes requested after an order is placed.

Artwork & Files

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, images, or files you submit are owned by you or properly licensed for reproduction. By submitting artwork, you represent that you have the legal right to use and reproduce it. Asignlum is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork. We may refuse to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

Proofs & Approvals

Before production we provide a proof for your review. It is your responsibility to verify spelling, colors, dimensions, and layout. Production begins only after you approve the proof in writing. Once production has started, changes may not be possible and may incur additional charges. Asignlum is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround is typically 2–4 business days from proof approval, depending on the product and quantity. Rush and same-day options may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by third-party suppliers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before or at the time of production. For large or custom orders, a deposit may be required to begin work. We accept major credit cards and other methods we make available. Orders not paid in full may be held until payment is received.

Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Because custom signs and printing are made to order, all sales are final unless the product is defective or does not match an approved proof. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will repair, reprint, or replace it at our discretion. Refunds are not available for customer-approved artwork or for errors in customer-supplied files.

Installation & Delivery

Installation and delivery services, where offered, are quoted separately and depend on site access, location, and scope. Asignlum is not responsible for damage to existing structures or surfaces during installation, nor for permits required by local authorities. Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for outdoor or roadside signage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asignlum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Asignlum and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.

Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fresno County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
